The mission of the Bay Area Asian Sports DRAGONS organization is to help Asian boys and girls develop physically, psychologically, and socially through sports and athletics. Through our basketball programs, we want to create a safe and healthy environment where our members can learn to strive for excellence, to accept responsibilities, to accept other people, to accept themselves, and to accept both praise and constructive criticism. Our organization recognizes that the success of our program depends heavily on parent participation.  Membership in our organization means that it is not only the individual child who joins our organization, but the child’s family as well.  We believe that parents who have fun with their children until they are grown will reap the benefits of the quality time spent together.  As an organization, we will strive to create opportunities for parents and children to interact in positive ways and urge our parents to wholeheartedly support their children’s athletic endeavors.
